CPN Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and CPN ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the CPN website at cpn.bio and all associated services, games and features available through the platform. By accessing, registering on or using CPN, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and CPN. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

CPN is designed for players based in Pakistan and all monetary amounts, deposits and withdrawals are handled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to currency throughout these Terms mean PKR unless specifically stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use CPN:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. CPN is strictly an adult platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on CPN or have been permanently excluded from the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be using the platform in a way that conflicts with any applicable local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one CPN account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected that belong to the same individual, CPN reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information when registering. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CPN support immediately at [email protected].
• CPN may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method. This is a standard procedure and failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in your account being suspended or closed.
• Your CPN account is for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes or as part of any organised third-party betting arrangement is prohibited.

CPN reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its discretion, including where we believe the registration has been made in breach of these Terms or applicable policies.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

CPN accepts deposits in PKR only. No currency conversion is applied and there are no conversion fees charged by CPN on standard deposits. Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may change over time; the current list of accepted payment options is displayed within your account.

• The payment method you use for deposits must belong to you. Depositing using another person's payment account — whether a family member's JazzCash, a friend's Easypaisa or any other account you do not personally own — is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account before you confirm any transaction.
• Deposits using JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited near-instantly. Bank transfers and some other methods may take longer. CPN is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
• CPN does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means. Any deposits suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity will be investigated and the relevant account suspended.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your CPN account in error, you must notify CPN immediately. Knowingly using funds that were credited to your account in error is a breach of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from CPN are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit, where possible. CPN applies this policy to maintain account security and to ensure funds return to the verified account holder.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. CPN may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. If you attempt to withdraw with an incomplete wagering requirement, CPN may apply the relevant bonus forfeiture rules before releasing funds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Details of typical processing times are available on the Withdrawal page. CPN aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly but is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.
• CPN reserves the right to perform additional checks on any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal is under investigation, the funds will remain in the account until the review is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving account must match the account used for deposit and must belong to the registered CPN account holder.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

CPN offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all CPN bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being reviewed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is completed will be removed from the account along with any winnings accumulated through that bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, bingo and other game types may contribute at different rates. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• CPN reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-way through, reasonable notice will be given and any already-claimed bonus will continue to be processed under the original terms.
• Bonuses are promotional tools and have no cash value of their own until wagering requirements are met and withdrawal conditions are satisfied.

07 Gameplay Rules

CPN offers a range of games and betting options including slots, sports betting (covering cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports and other events), bingo, and additional games available through the game lobby and bet section. The following rules apply across all gaming activity on CPN:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) for casino-style games, or by actual match results for sports betting markets. CPN does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions — including connection drops, game freezes or incomplete rounds — may occur. CPN is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its control, but will investigate reported incidents fairly. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, CPN reserves the right to correct the balance after investigation.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or settled at CPN's discretion based on information available at the time. Void bets will be settled at odds of 1.0.
• Any attempt to exploit a bug, glitch or error in any game or betting market is strictly prohibited. Players who are found to have deliberately exploited a technical error may have their winnings voided and their account suspended.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market or event using separate accounts, or through collusion with other players, is considered match manipulation and will result in immediate account suspension.

08 Responsible Gaming

CPN is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming is entertainment and should be enjoyed as such — within time and budget limits that the player has set for themselves. CPN provides the following responsible gaming tools which are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage how much you spend on CPN within a given period. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a specific duration of gaming activity. These are designed to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this time, your account will be inaccessible for gaming and betting.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gaming has become difficult to manage, you can self-exclude from CPN for an extended period. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and result in your account being closed for the selected duration. No promotional material will be sent during a self-exclusion period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CPN. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on CPN.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer repeatedly.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting markets or game results.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or miscalculations in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal financial activity through your CPN account.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a deposit that has been genuinely used for gaming purposes.
• Using offensive, threatening or abusive language toward CPN staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the CPN platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game assets, text content, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of CPN or its respective licensors and providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over any CPN content.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or publicly display any CPN content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is used by CPN under licence.
• The CPN name, logo and associated branding may not be used by any third party for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, CPN shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, third-party outages or events outside CPN's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not followed reasonable account security practices.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Any decisions made by you in relation to gameplay, including the amount you choose to deposit, the games you choose to play and the bets you choose to place.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

CPN reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a communication to the registered email address on your account.

Continued use of CPN after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using CPN and, if necessary, contact us to close your account.
